These terms and conditions govern the use of Our Website, Our Services and Our Products. By browsing Our Website or purchasing Our Products or Services you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, then please cease using the website, product or service immediately. There are additional Terms of Use relating to your product purchase.

Definitions

Products – means cover letters, resumes and video introduction scripts provided by Just ESL Resumes.

Services – means resume appraisal reports and Practice Interview Reports provided by Just ESL Resumes.

We/Us/Our etc – means Just ESL Resumes and any subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or assigns.

Terms of Service

General terms of our services include:

  • You’ll receive your documents in Word and PDF formats in a compressed Zip file format
  • We are not responsible for inaccurate information being provided to us
  • Our Products and Services will only be provided after payment is received
  • The Purchaser must provide the relevant documents and responses to the questionnaire within 6 months of the purchase date
  • If the requested details are not supplied then template documents maybe provided

After the Purchaser makes their full payment, the process is as follows:

  • The Purchaser will be supplied with a link to a questionnaire for the Purchaser to fill in
  • The Purchaser will be guided to another web page where the Purchaser may choose to upload their existing resume and/or their photo to be included on the resume
  • The Purchaser will then be guided to another web page where they are able to upload any supporting documents, certificates, references etc which might be useful for Us to create the best possible Documents for the Purchaser
  • Within a few days and only if required, We will email through a list of further clarifying questions for the Purchaser to answer
  • Based on all the documents and responses provided by the Purchaser, We will create and supply the requested Documents to the Purchaser within 5 business days of all the requested information being provided by the Purchaser

Accuracy of Content

We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that the information we provide on Our Website and Our Products and Services is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on Our Website, Our Products and Services or on any linked site.

The information contained on the Website and within the Just ESL Resumes documents is of generic nature and is reliant on information supplied by the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the content of the Resume reflects the skills, experience and education of the resume candidate.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, which are intangible goods that are digitally delivered, we cannot offer refunds for purchases. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds after a purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding when buying our product.
